Members of Save Your Way, Inc. (here after referred to as SYW) please review these terms and conditions of use.
Members of SYW, by accessing, browsing, purchasing or otherwise using the SYW website, you agree to be bound by this agreement and these terms and conditions.

You agree to this User Agreement, and all of its terms and conditions, by accessing, browsing, purchasing or otherwise using the SYW website. By accessing, browsing, purchasing or otherwise using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright law and international treaties. This Site is controlled and operated by SYW from its offices within the United States.
SYW does not control third-party sites that link to or from this Site, and is not responsible for the contents of any third-party sites linked to or from this Site.

All material contained within this Site is subject to copyright held by SYW or the original creator of such material. Except as stated herein, none of the information or material shown on this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, tabling, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of SYW or the copyright owner. Limited permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This site and SYW Membership are provided to you on an “As Is” basis and there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will SYW liability to you for any reason exceed the amount of the lifetime membership fees that you have actually paid to SYW.
Membership Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
How we use your information
SYW does not sell or rent any personal information you provide on our web site to any other parties. We may share your information with partner companies as necessary in the course of our operations, including the execution of marketing programs, but these partner companies must comply with our privacy policy. SYW may share anonymous, aggregated information about all our users with third parties.
Refund Policy
SYW may refund any lifetime membership, if paid for by the member.
Site Maintenance
SYW will adhere to best practices when maintaining accurate information on the Site, however, it is possible that despite its efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is up-to-date, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's price, description or image. SYW makes no guarantee that the information on the Site is or will be error-free, complete, or current. SYW reserves the right to correct errors and/or update the content on the Site at any time without notice.
